Account Setup

Get your MailCub account configured and ready to send emails in just a few steps.

Setup Process

Create Your Account

Sign up with your email address and create a secure password

  • Visit the MailCub signup page
  • Enter your email address and create a strong password
  • Verify your email address through the confirmation link
  • Complete your profile information

Choose Your Plan

Select the plan that best fits your needs

  • Review available plans and features
  • Consider your expected email volume
  • Choose between monthly or yearly billing
  • Complete the payment process

Configure Your Domain

Set up your custom domain for professional emails

  • Add your domain in the dashboard
  • Configure DNS records (MX, SPF, DKIM)
  • Verify domain ownership
  • Wait for DNS propagation (up to 24 hours)

Create Email Accounts

Set up email addresses for your team

  • Navigate to the Email Accounts section
  • Click "Add New Account"
  • Enter the desired email address
  • Set a secure password and configure permissions

DNS Configuration

Important Note

DNS changes can take up to 24 hours to propagate worldwide. Your email service will be fully functional once propagation is complete.

Account Security

Two-Factor Authentication

Enable 2FA to add an extra layer of security to your account.

  • Go to Account Settings
  • Click "Enable 2FA"
  • Scan QR code with authenticator app
  • Enter verification code

API Keys

Generate API keys for programmatic access to MailCub services.

  • Navigate to API Settings
  • Click "Generate New Key"
  • Set permissions and restrictions
  • Store key securely

Common Issues

Domain verification failed

If domain verification is failing, check these common issues:

  • • Ensure DNS records are correctly configured
  • • Wait for DNS propagation (up to 24 hours)
  • • Check for typos in record values
  • • Verify you have permission to modify DNS records

Cannot access email account

If you can't access your email account:

  • • Verify your username and password
  • • Check server settings in your email client
  • • Ensure your account is active and not suspended
  • • Try accessing via webmail first
